27th June 2004 Other: Work Wind Direction: from behind Wind Stength: strong Surf / Sea State: can't see it from here Air Temperature: hot and humid Sea Temperature: probably cold Weather: raining Max Speed: Distance Covered: Well pissed off it's 2:23 in the morning and I have been called out to work, 'cause the damm alarms have sounded. The fire brigade have been on site and ripped the door off the hindges to the pump room and then left. The alarms can't be reset 'cause I now have to wait for an engineer to drive 2 hours from Birmingham to Bristol so that he can reset the panel. This will probably take about 2mins then he will say all done and go back home leaving me to reset the intruder alarm and then go home. I guess that this means that I may well just be tucking myself up into bed about 5am. Those that know me will know that I have kids, these will wake me up again around 7am, OH are they in for a rough day today. Old grouch will be about in our house l8r. Well enough of the moaning now, I have to find somethig to stimulate my mind for the next 2 hours or so. Signing off now, cya l8r. |
